Technical SEO Rescue
Lost your rankings after a website redesign, a migration or a Google update?
Your rebuild was supposed to grow the business. Instead your traffic collapsed and your developer is out of answers. Every week it stays broken, the hole gets deeper — and the recovery clock doesn’t start until the repair is done. I rescue DTC brands from post-migration search disasters, because I survived my own.
Two problems. I fix both, because I’ve lived both.
Website Migration Rescue
Your traffic fell off a cliff after a redesign, replatform, or migration. I find exactly what broke — redirects, indexation, schema, site architecture — and produce a prioritized recovery roadmap backed by your Search Console data, not guesses. My own $4M ecommerce business survived a botched rebuild. Yours can too.
How Migration Rescue works →Google Penalty Rescue
A manual action or algorithm update cut your visibility in half. I read the actual Search Console notices, audit the backlink profile, build the disavow, and manage the reconsideration process. I recovered my own site from the 2013 Panda and Penguin penalties — back when most of today’s SEO consultants were still in school.
How Penalty Rescue works →Every week of guessing gets more expensive.
Lost rankings aren’t a pause — they’re a transfer. Every week your pages are invisible, Google is handing your customers to whoever ranks in your place, and those competitors are collecting the clicks, the sales, and the engagement signals that make their positions stronger. The longer the wrong fix drags on, the more there is to re-earn. Most stuck recoveries aren’t stuck because the problem is unfixable. They’re stuck because nobody has correctly named the problem yet — so the fixes keep treating the wrong disease.
Why listen to me? Because I’ve sat in your chair.
For 21 years I owned and operated my own e-commerce business — a $4M operation where the rankings paid the salaries, including mine. I wasn’t the consultant watching a dashboard. I was the owner watching payroll.
In that seat I survived both disasters this practice now fixes: a botched rebuild that cratered my traffic, and the 2013 Panda and Penguin penalties that gutted rankings I’d spent a decade earning. Nobody rescued me. I learned the forensics — redirect audits, Search Console archaeology, link-by-link toxicity review, the disavow process — because my own money was on the line.
That’s what you’re hiring: not a report generator, but the person who’ll actually do the work, using playbooks built under fire on my own business. When we talk, you talk to me — there’s no account manager, no junior team, no handoff.
How it works: three steps, no surprises.
1. Free discovery call (30 minutes). Before we talk, I’ve already looked at your site. You tell me what happened and when; I tell you which problem you’re looking at — and if this service isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you that too.
2. The diagnostic (1 week, fixed fee). With read-only access to your Search Console, I produce a written diagnosis: what actually broke, the evidence, and a prioritized recovery roadmap. The report is yours to keep either way.
3. The recovery. Hand the roadmap to your team, or engage me to execute it. Either path is a clean outcome — the diagnostic stands on its own.
Everything is scoped in writing, priced by the deliverable, and paid upfront. No hourly meters. Same rules I ran my own company by for 21 years.
The recovery clock starts when the repair does.
Every week of guessing is a week added to your recovery. Thirty minutes tells you whether this is fixable and what fixing it looks like.
